Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations are effective from the date we receive notification.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

More than 28 days before arrival: Your deposit is non-refundable.

Between 28 and 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total booking value is payable (including any non-refundable deposit already paid).

7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking value is payable.

As our pitches are reserved exclusively for your stay, we strongly recommend that you take out suitable holiday insurance to cover cancellation or any financial loss.

If We Need to Cancel

In the unlikely event that Delph Bank Touring Park has to cancel your booking before your arrival, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

If the park is forced to close due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, extreme weather, fire, pandemic, terrorism or other unforeseen events), we will issue a credit note for the amount paid and offer alternative dates wherever possible.

Goodwill: At the discretion of management, we may offer a booking transfer or account credit in exceptional circumstances. Any such offer is entirely discretionary and does not form part of our standard cancellation policy.
