Our aim is to ensure all our guests enjoy our Park and facilities. If you need any assistance either whilst planning your visit or during your stay, we would be delighted to help.

Pre-Arrival:
  • We cater for caravans, motor homes and tents.
  • We offer Wi-Fi access.
  • Please specify any special needs on booking.
  • Reservations can be made by telephone, email or online, subject to payment of a non-refundable deposit via debit card.
  • Pitches are allocated on booking and we are happy to advise you on the location and suitability of pitches for your requirements.
  • Our Park information and Access Statement is available in large print. On request, we can post or email a copy.

Arrival and Car Parking Facilities:
  • The Park is easily accessed from the A17 and Old Main Road in Fleet Hargate. 
  • Entrance to the Park is via a tree lined gravel driveway, with a 5 mph speed limit.
  • The Reception area has a gravel arrivals parking area directly outside.
  • The Reception is approached via a concrete pathway and accessed by a small step, as is the large Washing-up, Laundry and Information Room.
  • All facilities are clearly signposted.
  • The Reception doors are wheelchair accessible.
  • Staff come from behind reception to meet and greet those in wheelchairs.
  • Seating is available in reception.
  • We endeavour to show all our guests to their pitches, a familiarisation tour is offered to all guests with special needs.

Public Areas:
  • The Park has a luxury Amenity Block situated at the entrance of the site, accessed by gravel roads and concrete path.
  • All pitches are in close proximity to the facilities.
  • Wherever possible, less able guests are allocated pitches which are the most convenient for them. 
  • There are separate showers and toilets for ladies and men.
  • The ladies facilities have privacy cubicles.
  • The showers are luxury large wet room showers with automatic sensor controls at chest height.
  • There is a full disabled/shower toilet suite in the Amenity Block with low level toilet and sink and grab handles. The shower has an adjustable height and fixed chair. It has a good turning circle for a wheelchair and is locked via a radar key, available from Reception on a cash deposit system.
  • An emergency alarm is installed in the disabled facility.

Laundry:
  • Level access via gravel roads and concrete path and a small step.
  • 1 washing machine and 1 dryer are provided in the Washing-up, Laundry and Information Room. We are happy to assist with the use of the machines.
  • There are 4 sinks in the Washing-up, Laundry and Information Room. The sinks are at a height of 91cm with easy-to-use lever taps.

Outdoor Facilities:
  • On-site dog walking area along the former narrow gauge railway line, down to a 2 acre mowed paddock
  • Assistance dogs are always welcome.
  • Water bowls are available for dogs.

Touring facilities:
  • All our pitches have 16 amp hook-up’s. 
  • We have deluxe hard standing serviced pitches, which have water tap, grey waste water drainage and car parking space. 
  • We have standard hard standing pitches with car parking space.
  • We have standard grass pitches with car parking space.
  • All our pitches are large enough for unit, awning and car.
  • Water taps and fire points are sited around the Park and there are bin and waste recycling areas. Taps are twist action.
  • There is a chemical disposal (Elsan) and waste water point.

The Park:
  • The Park is level with gravel roads and a 5 mph speed limit. 
  • The main Park area is situated in 3 acres of landscaped ground, sheltered by mature trees with attractive flower beds and shrubs.
  • The Park has ample night lighting.
  • The Park has a further 2 acres of mowed paddock with level access, ideal for walking and exercising your dog(s). 

Additional information:
  • Mobile phone coverage is good across the Park.
  • There is a frequent public bus service available 180yds from the Park entrance. Buses are wheelchair accessible.
  • The local village pub, the Rose and Crown, and local Chestnut tea rooms, restaurant, farm shop and post office are all within 5 minutes walk, on a wide footpath, all the way. 
  • Wi-Fi access is available across the Park.
The Park owners live on site and are always available to help in any way they can.
